The refund

The first 14 days are refunded in full on request, no form, no call. Write to the address on /billing.

Cancelling

From /billing, one button. The queue stops the same day; nothing planned goes out after. Your ledger of everyone contacted and your do-not-contact list stay, so coming back does not mean messaging somebody twice.

Referred by a customer

A signup through a customer's link gets the first 30 days on us, applied the moment the account exists, no call needed. The referrer's share is on the refer page.

Agencies

Running it for clients is the agency plan on the pricing page: each client is a workspace under the same limits as everyone else, with their own LinkedIn account.
