The queue: approving is what starts sending
Last updated 2026-10-28
The fear with any outreach tool is the message you did not see, sent under your name to somebody who will remember it. So nothing here sends on its own. The queue is the product.
What a card shows
- Who this is: name, headline, where they are, how many connections you share.
- Why they are here: the title or phrase that matched, or the post they commented under, or the job their company posted this week.
- What we would say: the connection note on Premium, or the first message that goes the day after they accept on a free account, written from what they wrote, with any quote checked against it.
- Approve, edit, or skip. A skip teaches the targeting; a title that keeps getting skipped falls down the list.
How many arrive
Up to 25 new people a day, found from your titles, keywords and watch list. When 50 are waiting unread, the search stands down until you come back, because a queue nobody reads does not need more people in it.
When they go out
Approved invitations are planned across your working hours at irregular gaps, under the day's cap: 5 a day in the first three days, then 10, 15, 18 and 20 over about three weeks, never more than 80 a week (50 on a free LinkedIn account). The full list is on the limits page. Pause stops everything from one button.
How a reply is handled is in what happens when somebody replies.
