Buy Hellofew if
you have one LinkedIn account, it is the one your reputation sits on, and you would rather it sent twenty well-written invitations a day than rotate it through a pool.

What HeyReach does better

Genuinely better, not faint praise. If any of these is what you need, buy theirs.

  • Many accounts on one flat fee, with sending rotated between them, which is exactly right for an agency running outbound for clients. We run one account.
  • A unified inbox across every sender, with workspaces and permissions for a team.
  • Integrations: Clay, HubSpot, an API, webhooks and an MCP server. We have none of that.
  • A free trial.

Where we differ

  • The product is built around rotating sends across many LinkedIn accounts. If you have one account, the thing it is best at is the thing you cannot use.
  • The pricing page says senders should stay "within their daily limits and safe usage levels" and gives no number for what those are.
  • "10x your LinkedIn outbound" is the headline. Ten times more invitations from one account is the thing LinkedIn restricts for.

What HeyReach's pricing page says about limits

Nothing. We searched it on 14 October 2026 for any mention of invitation caps, warm-up ramps, or what happens if LinkedIn objects to your account, and it states none. Volume demos well.

LinkedIn does not publish its limits, restricts accounts that exceed them, and the account it restricts is yours — not your vendor's. What LinkedIn has and has not said, with sources, is on the limits page.

So here is our whole spec, in public

  • 20 invitations a day, maximum. You cannot raise it. Neither can we — it is a constant in the code, not a setting.
  • A new account starts at five a day and takes three weeks to reach the ceiling.
  • Nothing sends outside your working hours, and we stay twenty minutes clear of both ends. Weekends and public holidays are skipped.
  • Gaps between sends are irregular by design. Twenty invitations exactly three minutes apart is more obviously scripted than twenty at random times.
  • An account with fewer than 150 connections is held back and sends nothing at all.
  • One follow-up. Not five. Any reply cancels everything still queued for that person.
  • If your acceptance rate falls below 15% we halve your caps; below 8% we stop inviting and tell you. A low accept rate is what precedes a restriction.
  • Every message waits for you to approve it, individually, for ever — and the whole schedule is visible before any of it runs. Approving is the only way anything sends.
  • If LinkedIn flags the account in its first 24 hours of sending, we stop and stay stopped until you say otherwise.

Hellofew does one thing: agents that run LinkedIn outbound end to end for a single founder — the research, the targeting, the writing, the sending and the replies — for $49/month. If what you want is a few hundred invitations a week, it is the wrong product and HeyReach is probably the right one. We would rather say that here than take your money and disappoint you.

Free to read what it writes about your market. $49/month when you connect LinkedIn and it starts finding real people.
