# Hellofew vs Waalaxy

> Waalaxy describes itself as: "Make LinkedIn your #1 acquisition channel. Reach 800+ potential buyers every month on LinkedIn. Auto-follow up until prospects reply."

Figures below were read from https://www.waalaxy.com/pricing/ on 14 October 2026.

## The short answer

- **Buy Waalaxy if** you want the cheapest way to send a lot of invitations from a template, and you are fine writing the sequence yourself.
- **Buy Hellofew if** you would rather send a quarter as many, each written from the person's own profile, from an account that is still sending next year.

## Price

Waalaxy starts at **€19/mo**. Hellofew is **$49/month**.

| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19/user/mo | 300 invitations a month · unlimited campaigns · pre-built sequences · automated follow-ups · CRM sync |
| Advanced | €49/user/mo | 800 invitations a month · API · Make, Zapier and n8n · live chat support |
| Business | €69/user/mo | 800 invitations a month · cold email sequences · multichannel · 500 email-finder credits |
| **Hellofew** | **$49/month** | One LinkedIn account · 25 matched leads a day · 20 invitations a day maximum · no contract |

Pro, per user, billed monthly; €228 a year annually. 14-day free trial on every plan. Prices in euros.

## What Waalaxy does better

Genuinely better. If any of these is what you need, buy theirs.

- Price. €19 a month is less than half of ours, and the trial is 14 days.
- Pre-built sequences and a setup that genuinely needs no technical skill.
- Email as a second channel on Business, with an email finder built in.
- Volume, if volume is what you want: 800 invitations a month on the upper plans.

## Where we differ

- The cheapest tool here, and the one whose headline is the biggest number: 800 a month is about 40 invitations a working day, double our ceiling.
- "Auto-follow up until prospects reply" is the opposite of one follow-up. The third and fourth message are where the complaints come from.
- The invitation caps are a plan feature (300 on Pro, 800 on Advanced), so the number goes up when you pay more rather than down when the account looks unwell.

## What Waalaxy's pricing page says about limits

"300 invitations a month on Pro; 800 invitations a month on Advanced and Business."

That is more than most of the category says, and it deserves credit. What the
page still does not say is a warm-up schedule day by day, an accept-rate rule
that slows or stops the account, a connection floor below which it refuses to
send, or what happens on the first flag from LinkedIn.

LinkedIn does not publish its limits, restricts accounts that exceed them, and
the account it restricts is yours, not your vendor's. What it has and has not
said is at https://hellofew.com/limits.

Hellofew's whole spec, in public: 20 invitations
a day maximum and not raisable; a new account starts at five and takes three weeks
to get there; nothing outside working hours or within 20 minutes of either end;
weekends and public holidays skipped; irregular gaps by design; an account under
150 connections sends nothing; one follow-up ever; any
reply cancels the queue; caps halve under 15% acceptance and inviting stops
under 8%, with a blunter check from day four that stops an account whose first
ten invitations were all ignored; a LinkedIn flag in the first 24 hours of
sending stops the account until a human restarts it; and nothing is sent that
the customer did not approve, one message at a time.
