# Hellofew vs HeyReach

> HeyReach describes itself as: "10x your LinkedIn outbound. Unlimited senders, one fixed cost."

Figures below were read from https://www.heyreach.io/pricing on 14 October 2026.

## The short answer

- **Buy HeyReach if** you run outbound for clients or a team across several LinkedIn accounts and want them managed from one place.
- **Buy Hellofew if** you have one LinkedIn account, it is the one your reputation sits on, and you would rather it sent twenty well-written invitations a day than rotate it through a pool.

## Price

HeyReach starts at **$79/mo**. Hellofew is **$49/month**.

| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $79/mo | Unlimited senders · unlimited campaigns · all LinkedIn actions · unified inbox · multichannel · 100 enrichment credits per sender · API and webhooks |
| Agency | $999/mo | 25 senders (50 on annual billing) · white-label · $799/mo annually |
| Unlimited | $2,999/mo | Unlimited senders, fair-use cap at 300 · 30-day trial on request |
| Done For You | quoted | Book a call |
| **Hellofew** | **$49/month** | One LinkedIn account · 25 matched leads a day · 20 invitations a day maximum · no contract |

Growth, billed monthly; $71/mo quarterly, $63/mo annually. Unlimited senders on one flat fee. Free trial.

## What HeyReach does better

Genuinely better. If any of these is what you need, buy theirs.

- Many accounts on one flat fee, with sending rotated between them, which is exactly right for an agency running outbound for clients. We run one account.
- A unified inbox across every sender, with workspaces and permissions for a team.
- Integrations: Clay, HubSpot, an API, webhooks and an MCP server. We have none of that.
- A free trial.

## Where we differ

- The product is built around rotating sends across many LinkedIn accounts. If you have one account, the thing it is best at is the thing you cannot use.
- The pricing page says senders should stay "within their daily limits and safe usage levels" and gives no number for what those are.
- "10x your LinkedIn outbound" is the headline. Ten times more invitations from one account is the thing LinkedIn restricts for.

## What HeyReach's pricing page says about limits

Nothing. The page was searched on 14 October 2026 for any mention of invitation caps,
warm-up ramps, or what happens if LinkedIn objects to your account, and states
none.

LinkedIn does not publish its limits, restricts accounts that exceed them, and
the account it restricts is yours, not your vendor's. What it has and has not
said is at https://hellofew.com/limits.

Hellofew's whole spec, in public: 20 invitations
a day maximum and not raisable; a new account starts at five and takes three weeks
to get there; nothing outside working hours or within 20 minutes of either end;
weekends and public holidays skipped; irregular gaps by design; an account under
150 connections sends nothing; one follow-up ever; any
reply cancels the queue; caps halve under 15% acceptance and inviting stops
under 8%, with a blunter check from day four that stops an account whose first
ten invitations were all ignored; a LinkedIn flag in the first 24 hours of
sending stops the account until a human restarts it; and nothing is sent that
the customer did not approve, one message at a time.
