# Hellofew vs Expandi

> Expandi describes itself as: "Get the 3X meeting multiplier with Expandi's LinkedIn automation tool."

Figures below were read from https://expandi.io/pricing/ on 14 October 2026.

## The short answer

- **Buy Expandi if** you want a full campaign builder with every LinkedIn action in it, you are happy to set your own daily volumes, and you want to run a few hundred invitations a week.
- **Buy Hellofew if** you want the targeting and the writing done for you, every message readable before it goes, and a ceiling nobody can raise, including you on a bad week.

## Price

Expandi starts at **$99/mo**. Hellofew is **$49/month**.

| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Business | $99/mo per seat | Cloud-based · dedicated country-based IP · profile auto warm-up · configurable daily limit ranges · multichannel sequences · $79/mo annually |
| Agency | quoted | 10+ seats · white-label · volume discounts |
| **Hellofew** | **$49/month** | One LinkedIn account · 25 matched leads a day · 20 invitations a day maximum · no contract |

Business, per seat, billed monthly; $79/mo per seat annually. 7-day free trial.

## What Expandi does better

Genuinely better. If any of these is what you need, buy theirs.

- A dedicated country-based IP per account, which is a real piece of safety engineering and one more than most of the category bothers with.
- Breadth of LinkedIn actions: InMails, event invites, group messaging, post engagement, all in one sequence. We send invitations, one message and one follow-up.
- Multichannel sequences with email, and a mature campaign builder with years of iteration behind it.
- A 7-day free trial, and an agency tier with white-labelling.

## Where we differ

- Twice our price for one seat, and the limits are yours to set: "you can set your daily outreach limits and adjust the limit ranges". A limit you can raise on a bad week is not a limit.
- The home page sells "up to 300+ connection requests weekly". That is roughly four times our weekly ceiling, and the account it comes out of is yours.
- Warm-up is described ("start slowly") but not published as a schedule, so there is no day-by-day figure to hold them to.

## What Expandi's pricing page says about limits

"You can set your daily outreach limits and adjust the limit ranges of actions. Expandi won't allow you to go over limits to keep your account safe. The Mobile Connector campaign allows you to send an additional 100 connection requests per week."

That is more than most of the category says, and it deserves credit. What the
page still does not say is a warm-up schedule day by day, an accept-rate rule
that slows or stops the account, a connection floor below which it refuses to
send, or what happens on the first flag from LinkedIn.

LinkedIn does not publish its limits, restricts accounts that exceed them, and
the account it restricts is yours, not your vendor's. What it has and has not
said is at https://hellofew.com/limits.

Hellofew's whole spec, in public: 20 invitations
a day maximum and not raisable; a new account starts at five and takes three weeks
to get there; nothing outside working hours or within 20 minutes of either end;
weekends and public holidays skipped; irregular gaps by design; an account under
150 connections sends nothing; one follow-up ever; any
reply cancels the queue; caps halve under 15% acceptance and inviting stops
under 8%, with a blunter check from day four that stops an account whose first
ten invitations were all ignored; a LinkedIn flag in the first 24 hours of
sending stops the account until a human restarts it; and nothing is sent that
the customer did not approve, one message at a time.
