# Your team is fully booked this quarter. Next quarter has two retainers ending and nothing signed behind them.

> Hellofew for agency owners. The team is billable and the pipeline is you. Agents find companies that need your agency, write each note from their profile, and send from your account.

You run a small agency. You have people whose salaries depend on the work you bring in, and you are still the person who brings it in. When you are selling, delivery suffers; when you are in delivery, the pipeline dries up. Everyone in agency life knows the shape of that curve.

Outbound is the obvious fix, and every agency owner has received the proof that it is usually done badly: "We help companies like yours scale with…" from someone who never looked at the company. Your name is on the agency. Your LinkedIn is where prospects check who you are. Sending that kind of message from it would cost more than it won.

Hellofew runs outbound from your own account, carefully. You paste your agency's services page; agents turn it into the titles that buy from agencies like yours, find those people, read their profile and recent posts, and write one note per person. You approve each one in a few minutes a morning. It sends at a deliberately low rate, follows up once, and stops as soon as someone answers.

## What actually goes wrong

### The pipeline only gets built when delivery is quiet

A big project lands and you are in client meetings all month. Then it ships, you look up, and there is nothing in the pipeline for the team. Payroll does not wait for the next referral.

**What happens instead:** The agents prospect every weekday regardless of how busy delivery is. You spend minutes approving the queue, not an afternoon writing to people, and conversations keep opening while the team is billable.

### Agency outreach has a reputation, and it is not good

Founders and marketing heads get agency pitches every day, most of them templated. The bar to be read is showing you looked at their actual business before writing.

**What happens instead:** Each note is written from the recipient's own profile and posts — a launch they announced, a hire they mentioned, a problem they complained about. Quotes are checked verbatim against their words, and near-duplicates are rewritten so no two people get the same pitch.

### Your personal profile is the agency's credibility

Prospects look up the founder before they take a call. If that profile gets restricted, the agency loses its most trusted face and its main route to new clients at the same time.

**What happens instead:** Sending ramps from 5 a day to a ceiling of 20 over three weeks, only in your working hours. If people stop accepting, the cap halves; if it gets worse, inviting stops. It is built to be much safer than the category, and the limits are published so you can hold it to that.

### Replies go cold while you are in a workshop

A prospect replies at ten in the morning. You see it at seven in the evening, after a day of client calls, and meanwhile a sequence tool has already sent them a follow-up that makes it look like nobody read their answer.

**What happens instead:** Any reply cancels everything still queued for that person, checked again just before each send. Replies land in one inbox, and the Monday digest reports how many came in.

## What your morning looks like instead

One card per person: who they are, what the message was written from, and the
message itself. Approve, skip, or edit. Nothing goes out that you have not read.

![An approval card: Sofia Almeida, VP of Marketing at a 200-person B2B payments company. Written from: Her post: "We launched in Germany in March and our site is still English-only.". Draft: "Sofia — launching in Germany with an English-only site is costing you more than it looks. My agency localises B2B sites, copy and SEO, not just translation. We did it for two fintechs last year; happy to share what changed." With Approve, Skip and Edit buttons. An invented person.](https://hellofew.com/solutions/agency-owners/images/queue.png)

*An illustration. The person is invented.*

Typical titles the agents would look for: Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, Founder & CEO, Head of Product, Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Digital. Yours are
written from your own page, and you edit them.

## Your first month

1. Paste your agency's services page. It writes an ICP — five to eight titles, three angles, a sample note. Sharpen it to the work you most want more of. Free, no card.
2. Subscribe at $49/month and connect your own LinkedIn account. About a minute later, up to 25 people appear with a reason and a draft each.
3. Approve three and sending begins at 5 invitations a day, rising over three weeks towards 20. The whole schedule is visible before it runs.
4. One follow-up at most. Replies land in one inbox. On Monday the digest reports replies, and on a quiet week, why.

## Who this is wrong for

If you want every account manager at your agency prospecting from their own profile, this is not built for teams — it runs one LinkedIn account for one person. If you need CRM sync, there is none. And if your plan is to win on volume, the caps will stop you.

## Questions

**Can my team use it too?**

Not on the same workspace. It is one LinkedIn account per workspace, run for one person, with no seats. That is a deliberate limit, not a missing feature.

**Can I use it for clients?**

No. The account you connect must be yours and connected by you. Running outreach on a client's behalf from their account is outside what this is for.

**How does it know what we sell?**

It reads the page you give it and writes an ICP — titles, positioning, angles — which you edit. The sharper that page is about one kind of work, the better the queue.
