## What the service does

Reads a page you provide, works out who to contact, finds matching people on
LinkedIn through your own connected account, writes a message for each, and —
once you approve — sends from your account at a deliberately low rate.

## The LinkedIn position, stated plainly

Automating LinkedIn is contrary to the LinkedIn User Agreement. LinkedIn may
restrict, suspend or close an account it believes is automated. The customer
accepts that risk; the account is theirs, not ours. What we do about it is the
published cap of 20 invitations a day and
80 a week, a three-week warm-up ramp, sending
only inside working hours from one fixed address, and automatic slowdown and
freeze when acceptance falls or LinkedIn pushes back.

These protections depend on the customer not running a second automation tool
on the same account.

## Payment

$49/month, billed in advance through Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a payment
fails, sending stops.

## Liability

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.
Not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or for a LinkedIn account
being restricted or closed. Nothing limits liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not
permit to be limited.

## Law

Governed by the laws of India.
